Where we could start

A few places we could start.

Three examples of challenges we could work on together. Yours might be completely different.

Got an idea? Let's see if anyone wants it.

Taking an opportunity or idea towards a real launch. We test it with real customers and turn the evidence into a clear decision: proceed, adapt or stop.

Innovation shouldn't depend on a lucky brainstorm.

Building an ongoing innovation capability: identifying opportunities, developing ideas and making innovation happen over time — with a practical pipeline of opportunities worth pursuing.

Too many priorities. Not enough progress.

We start by understanding the business challenge, identify where the real opportunities are and rethink or sharpen the value proposition — so you find the right direction and a plan people can actually follow.

Something else on your mind? We'll figure out the right approach together.

Experience

16+ years. Three different worlds. One way of making things happen.

I've spent over 16 years leading digital marketing at a major consumer goods company, driving growth at an international media agency, and helping lead a global innovation consultancy based in Barcelona.

I've worked on both sides of the table — as a client, an agency partner and a consultant. I know what it takes to develop a strategy, get the right people on board and actually deliver.

Hand-drawn portrait of Gemma

About me

Hi, I'm Gemma.

I've spent 16+ years working client-side, agency-side and in consulting. I've helped build businesses, lead teams and turn ambitious ideas into reality.

I like connecting people, asking difficult questions and finding practical ways to get things done.

I don't always have the answer. But I know how to find a way forward.

Make sense. Make moves.

There are more ideas, tools, experts and possibilities than ever before.

Yet making things happen hasn't necessarily become any easier.

Businesses move fast. Priorities compete. Projects overlap. Teams are stretched. And sometimes, even when you know exactly where you want to go, getting there is another story.

Sometimes you need a fresh perspective. Someone to think things through with you, challenge an idea, connect the dots or bring the right people together.

I believe good things happen when experience meets curiosity, when different perspectives come together, and when someone is willing to roll up their sleeves.

Not with a ready-made answer. But with the experience, resourcefulness and determination to figure things out together.

And make them happen.

Beyond the boardroom

Less theory. More 'aha!' moments.

Doodle break

Big things on your mind? Draw something small.

You've probably got a to-do list that keeps growing.

It can wait a minute. Draw a masterpiece. A potato. Or whatever comes to mind.

No artistic talent required.

The wall.

…

A little collection of things people drew when they probably had something more important to do.

Got a messy business problem?
Good. Let's figure it out.
